Q: We had a water leak; do we get a discount for using more water?
A: No we do not give high volume discounts. You are charged a flat fee of $32.00 for the first 1000 gallons used and then $11.00 per 1000 gallons used there after. (Pricing as of April 1, 2022)


Q: Will you accept credit card or automatic withdraw payments?
A: Yes you can pay on our web site with cerdit card, and you can use bill paying provided through your bank as an option.


Q: We have a water hydrant close to our property; can we use it to fill our swimming pool?
A: No we do not provide hydrant fill usage.


Q: What if the lid covering of my water meter is damaged, am I responsible for replacing it? If so what is the typical cost for replacing the lid?
A: Yes, you are responsible for repairing or replacing damaged meter lids and rings. Basic cost for replacement begins at $78.


Q: Do you haul water?
A: No


Q: I am a renter and I made a deposit to have my water turned on. Will I receive interest from my deposit?
A: No - by law, we are not allowed to put deposits in an interest bearing account.

Q: What if I am a long term renter will you keep my deposit indefinitely?
A: Yes.


Q: I received a notice from my bank that a check I wrote to cover my water bill was returned for insufficient funds. What is your policy on returned checks due to insufficient funds?
A: The amount of your bill is due, plus a $25.00 insufficient check fee in the form of cash, money order, or cashier's check.

In addition, if we receive another returned check due to insufficient funds on your account, we will no longer accept checks for payment on your account.
